This Organic, Gluten-free, Dairy-Free (vegan) Chocolate ice cream is such a delight and so easy to make – why wasn’t this recipe present ten years ago? I love that that this recipe only requires three ingredients. Organic bananas, organic cacao powder and organic cinnamon. That’s it!
Why not just store up a whole house filled with only bananas, cacao powder and cinnamon? I would be able to have Easy 3 ingredient Organic Vegan Chocolate NICE Cream all the time!! Sometimes I feel left out at a party when everyone is eating their ice cream and I am the only one acting like I am on some sort of diet. I have to remind myself I am highly allergic and that if I eat their ice cream, there will be some serious consequences. Easy 3 ingredient Organic Vegan Chocolate NICE Cream
- 2 Frozen Organic Bananas
- 3-4 tbsp organic cacao powder
- 1 tsp organic cinnamon
- 1. In a food processor, blend the frozen bananas, cinnamon and cacao powder to a fine purée or until completely smooth like a soft serve ice cream.
- 2. Place the soft serve in a bowl and put in the freezer for four hours to harden like ice cream. You can choose to eat it as a soft serve but, but if you want actual ice cream scoops you must freeze for that duration.
