mmm….mashed potatoes. Such a nostalgic feeling – it reminds me of every holiday we had growing up as a kid. Pouring butter and gravy over it……WELL….can’t have the homemade mashed potatoes growing up but I can have these Easy Organic, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Mashed Potatoes. If I had my choice, I actually prefer the creaminess and fluffiness that these mashed potatoes provide over anything I ever grew up with!
