Guacamole. I promise you, I could eat a whole bowl by myself. Something about fresh avocados are {insert pause here} AMAZING! It’s funny this takes me back to one of my first jobs working at a well known nationalsemi-“Mexican” fast food chain that rhymes with Paco Fell (haha get it?) in high school. The behind the scenes of guacamole coming out of a bag…..can we say OH NO. Sorry, it was a flashback. I don’t recommend bagged guacamole (or in any pre-made container store bought form), especially when trying to impress guests. So, here you go, I’m saving you a bunch of heartache with this Easy Organic Gluten-Free Homemade Guacamole. 

Whenever we have a few friends over, I just whip a bowl up of this green goodness and I promise you that my guests can’t stop raving and constantly asking for the recipe. Of course I always love to emphasize the fact that it’s organic and gluten-free. Ingredients
  1. 3 organic large ripe avocados
  2. 2 small-med organic tomatoes on vine
  3. 1-1.5 organic limes (I like mine with a lot of lime so finger test first with one and if you want to add in another half lime)
  4. 1/2-1 tbsp organic garlic powder *usage depends how much of garlic taste you desire (I use Simply Organic )
  5. 1/2 tbsp organic oregano (I use @simplyorganic)
  6. 1/2-1 tsp *usage depends on your liking of Himalayan pink salt (I use Himalania)
  7. 1/2-1 tsp *usage depends on your liking organic pepper ( I use @simplyorganic)
  8. 1/4 cup fresh organic chopped parsley
  9. 1/4 cup fresh organic chopped cilantro
  10. 2 organic cloves chopped
  11. **if you like onions, I highly recommend adding in 1/4 a cup of chopped red onions**
Instructions
  1. 1. Mash all the avocados in a large bowl with a fork
  2. 2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix with fork until blended
  3. Serve chilled or as is!
Notes
  1. A nice touch is warming up your tortilla or paleo chips in the oven for a few minutes.
