This smoothie is so smooth and creamy, and yet has no dairy or gluten. I love the tropical flavors of the coconut and pineapple. The topping it off with some cinnamon, this Organic, Paleo Pineapple Cinnamon Coconut Smoothie is refreshing on a hot day or a boost to get your morning started.
- 1/2 cup organic almond milk
- 1 organic banana
- 1/3 cup organic pineapple
- 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup canned coconut with the meat
- 1 tsp organic ground cinnamon
- a few ice cubes
- Blend all the ingredients, and top off with cinnamon.
