What Is On My Shopping List?

One of the most frequently asked questions is – what is on my shopping list? I wanted to create a list for you as an easy reference for the items that I stock up in my house. I try to buy these items all organic most of the time, and if not organic, definitely Non-GMO. To help alleviate some of the costs associated with certain fruits and veggies, if items are not is season, a great alternative is to buy them frozen. These are all essential to me to remain in my pantry/fridge. Be sure to periodically check back as I may add new things to the list!
